Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency provides real estate sales and brokerage services (e.g.: sale, rental or other utilization of real estate; property search for purchase or rental purposes; etc.) to individuals who contact the agency, and also facilitates the use and mediation of related supplementary services (e.g.: loan services, energy performance certificates, property valuation, etc.).
1. Data Controller
The purposes and means of the data processing activities defined in this Privacy Notice are determined by Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency (operator: THIBAN BT, registered seat: 2490 Pusztaszabolcs, Béke u. 41/1., phone: +36 70 429 3053; e-mail: nemeth@legyotthon.hu), which also participates in the execution of these activities.
Therefore, Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency qualifies as the Data Controller.
2. Data Processors
Data Processors are natural or legal persons who, based on a written contract concluded with the Data Controller, process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
Data Processors are not entitled to make autonomous decisions and may act solely according to the contract concluded with the Data Controller and the instructions received from them.
3. Applicable Legislation
The Data Controller carries out its activities under the laws of the European Union and Hungary.
Data processing is primarily governed by:
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, 27 April 2016), and
the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
4. Legal Basis of Data Processing
As the Data Controller processes personal data for several purposes, the legal bases may vary:
the voluntary consent of the data subjects,
contract concluded between the Data Controller and the data subject,
compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller.
5. Data Subjects, Types of Processed Data, Purpose of Processing, Access Rights
Data Subject: Property-Seeking Interested Party
Processed data: name, email address, phone number.
Purpose of processing: To provide real estate brokerage services by Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency, including sending property offers via email and/or phone, and initiating contact with the Interested Party.
Who has access to the data: Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency and any Partner in contractual relationship with the agency who has a property in their portfolio matching the Interested Party's search criteria, or the specific property requested by the Interested Party.
Data retention period: Processing begins on the day the inquiry is submitted. Data is processed until the withdrawal of consent for the above purposes, but no longer than 6 months from the last search activity of the Interested Party. After this period, the Data Controller deletes the personal data.
Data Subject: Property Seller Interested Party
Processed data: name, email address, phone number, property details, photos of the property.
Purpose of processing: To provide real estate brokerage services and to contact the Interested Party.
Who has access to the data: Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency and contractual Partners of the agency.
Data retention period: Processing begins on the day the contract is concluded. Personal data is retained for eight years after the termination of the legal relationship. This period is justified by the possibility that either party may need to assert claims after the termination of the contract. For data falling under AML regulations (Pmt.), the retention period is also eight years.
6. Website Operation
The website legyotthon.hu is operated by Yettel Magyarország Zrt. (registered seat: Magyarország, Törökbálint, Pannon út 1. , e-mail: adatvedelem@yettel.hu).
The Data Controller does not store the data of data subjects on the hosting server of the website.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may request information from Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency or its Partners at any time regarding the processing of their personal data, and may request rectification, deletion or restriction of their data.
The data subject is entitled to withdraw their consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing to: nemeth@legyotthon.hu The Data Controller deletes the data subject’s personal data within 14 days from the submission of the request.

For any questions, comments or complaints regarding data processing, the data subject may contact Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency via email at nemeth@legyotthon.hu.
In the event of a violation related to personal data, the data subject may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c., postal address: 1530 Budapest, Pf. 5., phone: +36 (1) 391-1400, fax: +36 (1) 391-1410, e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or initiate legal proceedings before the competent court based on their place of residence (or domicile).
9. Additional Information
By clicking on links on the legyotthon.hu website that redirect to other (non–Légyotthon.hu-operated) websites, the user leaves the website and becomes subject to the data processing practices of those external websites.
